No. The interface is a conversation. An operations lead types “show me everything that touched the payment gateway last night” in English or Arabic and gets an answer plus a proposed action. Engineers only get involved for custom connectors and unusual policy logic — and there is a full API when they want one.
First data flowing takes minutes with an API key. A realistic production sequence: week 1 connect and observe read-only, weeks 2–3 agents recommend while humans approve everything, week 4 onward progressively widen autonomy on the categories that have proven themselves. You control the pace of every step.
Three lines usually carry it: analyst hours returned, incidents prevented rather than resolved, and capacity handled without new headcount. PlugSky, our own LLM, is the primary reasoning engine with a 200K token context window. Claude, Llama, Mistral and GPT are configured as failover and selectable per workload. No single-vendor dependency on price, availability or acceptable-use policy — and you can pin a model for regulatory reasons.
